BREATH WORK - FOR THE HEALTH OF IT - October 26.
Kiran will bring her gift of breathwork wisdom and practice to you ...learn the ancient art of yogic breathwork. You will delve deep into the connection between your breath and your inner self, fostering a deeper understanding of your body's innate wisdom and power. Minimum pre-registrations required.

$99 for an 8 Class Card (valid for 30 days)

Kiran and Charlotte are our Group Class Instructors and also offer private instruction. Both are skilled and compassionate and dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for students. They bring a wealth of knowledge and different training and experience to their classes, and are committed to ongoing professional development.
We offer a variety of classes for all levels, integrating vinyasa, hatha, yin, functional movement, and restorative yoga. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
You'll learn breathing techniques, gentle yoga poses, and relaxation methods to help you release physical and mental stress.
Increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and prevent injury. You'll move through a series of poses that stretch and strengthen different muscle groups, leaving you feeling more limber and agile.
Build muscular strength, increase your endurance, and improve your overall fitness. You'll move through a series of poses that challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong and empowered.
Reclaim and maintain your mobility, balance, and mental clarity. You'll move through a series of gentle poses that are modified for your needs and abilities, leaving you feeling more energized, strengthened and confident.
