Small Class for Personal Attention &
more personal space....
Join Nicole House and Jennifer Hayley as they lead our Intentions Circle and set your intentions and cultivate a life of balance and harmony.
Please bring a small snack to share.
Magic happens when we slow down and take time to smell the roses. There is so much change happening - things are starting to move forward, but we still have work to do to prepare for all the changes. This kind of sudden, rapid change can be scary, difficult and upsetting to our nervous system. Come join us as we come together and center in the calm of the storm. We will discuss some practices that will assist you in weathering this level of stress. We will also have a healing circle where you can take a deep dive into what keeps us stuck.
Meditation, journaling and sacred ritual to ignite change. Prayers for our world will be included in our ceremony, this is a Blue Moon and a Full Moon and it is the first time it will be powerful all over the whole globe since 1944.
Please sign up early as space is limited.
COVID conscientious event.
During these Challenging Times
Gifts of Grace
We have been blessed with support from several resources: students sponsoring the studio when it was closed, the City with a small grant & a small business loan - but these along with tuition have kept the lights on and the doors open.
Your teachers have given of their time & talent with a generosity of heart. But their has been almost no income to support them with treasure. If you can share from your abundance know the
"Gifts of Grace" jars on the counter are for the teachers
their names are on their jar. Help us support them as we seek to
"serve the light in all persons".
It is our vision to be a "place of healing" in body-mind & spirit
for our community - all ages - all walks of life. to be able to provide teachers and opportunities both in and outside the studio to overcome the stresses and risks for these challenging times we are in.
Hope-in to hop into this in June or July
We soooo want to do this.... a fun fund raiser and mini-festival
Workshop when we can work it all out

We're a unique yoga studio dedicated to focusing on each student to meet their needs to retain, reclaim, and expand their strength, balance, flexibility and to restore the body, mind & spirit - believing in the essence of traditional yoga, integrated with practical application, and making the practice accessible to everyone- no matter their age.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. Yoga can help you subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, in an effort to achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
