Studio Response to Health Concerns for CV

We are currently CLOSED for all in-studio classes.  And working at bringing you virtual alternatives.  There is also the possibility of "private" use of the studio for self-care meditation & peace.  Contact Charlotte @24-282-9058 to learn more.


 Your wellness, health and safety are our primary concerns.

Here is what WE are doing...

+ All blankets, bolsters,  mats, straps, soft floors etc. have been disinfected

+ Thieves (YL) essential oil blend is being diffused

+ Doors handles/knobs, benches and bathrooms are disinfected on a regular basis

+ Soap & antibacterial sanitizer are being provided  

Here is what YOU can do...

+ALL students/clients entering MUST wash their hands (20 seconds) before going into the treatment rooms or movement studio.(Encourage you to wash after class as well)

+Clean your yoga mat after every use and let dry completely lying flat.  

+Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth 

+Avoid close contact with people 

+Stagger your mat with more personal space between yogis (avoid "sharing' sweat). 

+Stay healthy by maintaining calm during stressful times, exercising, eating nutritious food, drinking lots of water 

+Stay at home when you are feeling sick

A 45 minute guided meditation with you in a restorative, heart opening posture. 


During your meditation, your mind will be relaxed, and your heart will be open to the endless possibilities around you. You are called to co-create your life and this meditation will help you do just that. Start the month with a clear vision and peaceful mind.

This event will happen on the first Sunday of each month.

Sooth the working warrior or goddess within you and find respite as you ...JOIN us for a candlelight restorative Yoga practice followed by energy healing Reiki & a sound vibration bath where you relax into a meditative experience & 'bathe' in the sound waves which can be produced by the human voice as well as instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums and singing bowls.

Expect to leave feeling cleansed, rejuvenated, and refreshed! Bring any additional cushioning you would like for your comfort. Early registration suggested as space is limited.
