Sooth the working warrior or goddess within you and find respite as you ...JOIN us for a candlelight restorative Yoga practice followed by energy healing Reiki & a sound vibration bath where you relax into a meditative experience & 'bathe' in the sound waves which can be produced by the human voice as well as instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums and singing bowls.
Expect to leave feeling cleansed, free, rejuvenated, and refreshed! Bring any additional cushioning you would like for your comfort. Early registration suggested as space is limited.

Open Heart Meditation
5:30 PM - 6:16 PM
A 45 minute guided meditation with you in a restorative, heart opening posture.
During your meditation, your mind will be relaxed, and your heart will be open to the endless possibilities around you. You are called to co-create your life and this meditation will help you do just that. Start the month with a clear vision and peaceful mind.
This event will happen on the first Sunday of each month.
