We are closed over the Thanksgiving Holidays to move just two short blocks. We apologize for the inconvenience - but moving is rarely convenient.
The location will be ahhhMazing Life Wellness & Yoga in The Loft on Ballard at 100 N. Ballard Suite B (entrance is still on Oak St.) We are on the corner and upstairs over OMG Creamery.

The location is convenient, beautiful & spacious allowing for better social distancing and class growth, but still ensuring you have a space for your mat for the classes you want.

We are also available - beyond posted classes, for private, small group & family unit classes; as well as "private" use of the studio for self-care meditation & peace.

Your wellness, health and safety are our primary concerns.
+ All blankets, bolsters, mats, straps, floors etc. are sanitized
+ Doors handles/knobs, benches and bathrooms are sanitized on a regular basis
+ Soap & antimicrobial sanitizer are being provided
+ Any equipment used is sanitized after each use
+ALL students/clients entering MUST wash their hands (20 seconds) or use hand sanitizer before going into the treatment rooms or movement studio.(Encourage you to wash after class as well)
+Clean your yoga mat after every use and let dry completely lying flat.
+Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
+Avoid close contact with people
+Mat setup in studio is designed to meet social distancing recommendations - please don't move mats
+Stay healthy by maintaining calm during stressful times, exercising, eating nutritious food, drinking lots of water
+Stay at home when you are feeling sick
+ Mask on the Mat is optional
